2 Days Ngutuni Safari

Mombasa – Ngutuni.

Your Ngutuni overnight safari kicks off with an early morning pick-up from your hotel at around 06:00 hrs. Before setting off, your safari driver-guide will provide a brief overview of the journey ahead, highlighting the wildlife you can expect to encounter.

The adventure begins along the Mombasa-Nairobi highway, where the coastal landscape gradually transitions into semi-arid terrain as we approach Ngutuni Sanctuary.

Upon arrival at the sanctuary’s main gate, the game drive begins, offering an opportunity to spot wildlife as we make our way toward the lodge. Ngutuni is a 10,000-acre private game reserve bordering Tsavo East National Park on three sides. Wildlife moves freely between the two, and the area is famous for its red-dusted elephants, lions, giraffes, and a variety of other species. The lodge’s waterhole is a prime spot for animal sightings, both during the day and at night.

Once at Ngutuni Safari Lodge, you'll check in, enjoy a delicious lunch, and have time to relax before heading out for an afternoon game drive at around 16:00 hrs. This drive offers another chance to spot more animals, birds, and the rich wildlife of the sanctuary.

As the sun sets, we return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. You can choose to gather around a bonfire, listen to fascinating African stories, and soak in the safari atmosphere before retreating to your room for a restful night.
